iberico ham is truly special accounting for only 10% of total spanish ham production. it delivers the unique taste characteristics that comes naturally from a special breed of black iberian pigs. throughout the 30-month curation period, monounsaturated fats infiltrate throughout the muscle fibres producing delicious, succulent slices which are naturally rich and dark in colour. this is a great choice to experience the unique taste of spanish gastronomy.
