澳洲 m4-m5 和牛牛柳是牛隻腰部的肉。被認為是傳統牛排中最柔嫩的部位,入口即融,肉質細緻,啖啖肉香,油花如大理石紋般分布,煎牛排必然之選,亦都適合自家製作威靈頓牛柳!

australian m4-m5 wagyu beef tenderloin is the oblong strip of meat along the lumbar vertebrae. It is one of the most tender cuts of beef. Tenderloin rarely gets exercised, so it is lean and tender. The lean meat has a mild sweetness and beefy taste.
