美式特級有皮連鎚雞胸

連鎚雞胸是一種經典的切法。當中包括有皮的雞胸肉,還有雞鎚部分。這款菜式不只美味,亦是宴會中常見的菜式。

用鹽和黑椒將雞胸調味。中至大火,倒入橄欖油,直至輕微冒煙,將雞胸有皮部分朝下,同時輕輕搖動煎鍋。把火調到中火,再煎3分鐘。之後將雞胸放入攝氏220度的焗爐中。10分鐘後,不要加熱,把雞胸反轉,静待2分鐘。再搭配簡單的沙拉或蔬菜,即可享用。

a classy cut that you might have enjoyed. the airline breast includes a skin-on chicken breast filet, with the first joint of the wing (the drummette part) attached. serve these breasts individually for a delicious and beautiful special occasion meal.

season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. medium-high heat and pour in the olive oil. once pan starts to lightly smoke add the chicken breast skin side down while gently shaking the pan. lower the heat to medium and cook for 3 minutes. place the chicken into a 220°C oven. cook for 10 minutes. flip the chicken over for 2 minutes with no heat under it. this is resting and finishing off the chicken. serve with a simple salad or vegetables for a light and delicious meal.
