天使麵原來叫天使麵是因為這款麵有一個別稱叫angel hair，形容為像天使髮絲一樣細。它像意大利粉的形狀，但寬度約為其三分之一。天使麵適合放湯，幼少麵條，更易入味，也適合搭配醬汁和清淡的調味。

capellini is thin spaghetti, often called angel hair pasta. it is the shape of spaghetti but about a third its width. capellini is excellent when served in broth and thanks to its reduced thickness and delicate consistency, it is also wonderful with sauces and light condiments.

歡迎客人預約後，到觀塘海濱道的取貨點交收。

時間：逢星期二至六，上午10點至下午1點（假期除外）。
