唐揚魷魚圈

deep fried squid ring

把鮮味十足的魷魚沾裹上由小麥粉和水等,所調成的粉漿,再去炸成唐揚魷魚圈,入口充滿嚼勁,口感香脆,配酒一流。受到日本唐揚協會監督的海産。

建議煮法: 氣炸、焗、油炸 用180度氣炸15至20分鐘。

squids are dipped in a slurry which mixed with wheat flour and water, and then deep-fried. crispy on the exterior, while chewy inside. best beer pairings to try. it is supervised by the japan “karaage” association.

suggested cooking method: air frying, roasting, deep frying air fry at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
