匈牙利的鴨肝已享譽世界。與鵝肝一樣,匈牙利在生產這種美食有著悠久的傳統。作為開胃前菜或主菜的美味配搭。

處理很簡單,少少鹽和胡椒,再放入熱鍋中,煎至金黃色,每邊約30秒左右,鴨肝外脆內軟。可配乾果、堅果、蜂蜜或果醬,搭配甜葡萄酒更能夠令兩者互相昇華。

an easy, superbly flavorful way to eat fresh foie gras is to serve it pan-seared with salt and pepper. place in a hot skillet and quickly sear until it develops a lovely brown crust, only about 30 seconds or so on each side. your foie gras will be medium rare with a barely softened center. pair your foie gras with dried fruits, nuts, honey, or a sweet-and-sour sauce and serve with a sweet sauternes wine.
