日本「若雞」來自日本名種雞養殖之地－九州， 透過天然飼養方式，培育出健康的雞隻。「若」在日文解作年輕。若雞於8-12週大就被屠宰，因此肉質特別鮮嫩多汁。產地真空處理，保持食材原味鮮度直送。不含人造激素和抗生素，食得更安心。

“Wakadori” is a Japanese term referring to a breed of chicken that is raised in Kyushu, Japan. These chickens are raised using natural farming methods, resulting in healthy poultry. “Wakadori” translates to “young” in Japanese. The chickens are slaughtered at the age of 8-12 weeks, which contributes to their tender and juicy meat. The products are vacuum-sealed at the place of origin to maintain their freshness and are delivered directly. They are free from artificial hormones and antibiotics, ensuring a safer consumption experience.

自取點 pick-up 歡迎客人預約後，到觀塘海濱道的取貨點交收。 pick-up point at hoi bun road kwun tong by reservation. 時間：逢星期二至六，上午10點至下午1點（假期除外）。 pick-up time: tue – sat, 1000 – 1300 (except holidays).
