japanese tenobe-masari udon is unique to the hand-rolled manufacturing method and has flat and wide ends. it is characterized by its natural and strong elasticity, overwhelming suppleness and luster. Put it in boiling water and cook for 60 seconds. After the noodles are scattered, add your favorite noodle sauce. suitable for both soup udon and cold udon.
