紐西蘭牛柳配法國酥皮,以焗爐或氣炸鍋處理,只需焗20-30分鐘就有高級餐廳的效果。首先,提前最少12小時把紐西蘭威靈頓牛柳放在雪櫃中解凍。解凍後除去包裝,保留焗爐紙,放置室溫不少於20分鐘,將焗爐預熱至210度(氣炸鍋180度)。最後,用蛋漿掃勻酥皮表面,將紐西蘭威靈頓牛柳放入已預熱的焗爐加熱,焗製後閒置約10-15分鐘,即可享用。
