紐西蘭鮟鱇魚質感猶如龍蝦,讓人一試傾心。其魚肉呈珍珠白色,口感結實不鬆散。鮟鱇魚本身的味道並不突出,但在烹調時能盡吸醬汁或香料的精華。
new zealand monkfish is a pearly white fish which has firm texture and does not flake easily. reputed to have lobster-like characteristics. it doesn’t have much flavour of it’s own but takes on the flavour of sauces or spices it cooks with.
