用傳統方法醃製,肉質嫩滑,讓你品嚐啖啖肉的滋味。你可以將豬手煮至肉身變軟,亦可將焗爐溫度提昇至230-250度,再焗多5-10分鐘,將豬手烤至香脆呈金黃色表面,即可。

boneless pork knuckle is tender and smooth. it is marinated with a traditional taste allowing you to fully savor and enjoy the taste. you can braised it long for the meat to become tender or raise oven temperature to 230-250℃ for a further 5-10 minutes to crisp up the knuckle skin until it turns deep golden brown in colour.
