軟殼蟹是指剛蛻殼不久，殼身非常柔軟，且尚未硬化的螃蟹，而且營養頗高: 含有鈣質、磷質、鐵質等，味道鮮甜可口，軟殼蟹主要作為油炸的菜式。

softshell crabs are normal crabs which are caught immediately after moulting their shell before the new one has hardened up with rich source of calcium, phosphorus and iron. soft-shell crabs are a delicacy, with their sweet taste and silky texture. deep fry is one of the most popular dish of softshell crabs.

自取點 pick-up
歡迎客人預約後，到觀塘海濱道的取貨點交收。
pick-up point at hoi bun road kwun tong by reservation.
時間：逢星期二至六，上午10點至下午1點（假期除外）。
pick-up time: tue – sat, 1000 – 1300 (except holidays).
