伊比利亞黑毛豬擁有豐富大理石紋的油花,被譽為豬肉中的”神戶和牛”!此肉藏在肩胛後和背部脂肪下面的一塊非常柔嫩的肌肉。有著長長的紋理,密布的大理石條紋,它有獨特而濃郁的橡果香味道,而且口感煙韌有嚼勁。
用鹽、黑胡椒和少許油調味。加熱煎鍋,每面煎上幾分鐘,或直到呈現出金黃色。切成薄片,45度逆紋理切更佳。
iberico pork have well marbled texture and flavorful taste, as the “kobe beef” of pork! this meat is a very tender muscle hidden behind the back of the shoulder blades and fat. even though it is a thin piece but the texture is dense with acorn taste and gives a good chewy feel.
simply grill and pan seared lightly and season with simple salt & black pepper. cut into thin slices with a 45 degree angle for best taste.
