牛小排取自牛隻的前胸肋骨 (short rib) 部位，肉質結實帶油筋且油脂甚多，適合打邊爐或燒烤。usda prime代表最頂級嘅牛肉，其中prime grade更加只會於有規模嘅肉類食品集團才可購入。

the short plate is well muscled making the short rib slice fibrous with a proportionally large amount of connective tissue, and good for hot pot and barbecue. usda prime is a quality grade assigned by the u.s. dept of agriculture to describe the superior and finest of beef, normally only available from sizable foods companies.

歡迎客人預約後，到觀塘海濱道的取貨點交收。
pick-up point at hoi bun road kwun tong by reservation.
